In social sector, we have seen and studied the courses known as “Paraprofessional Course in Social Work” which are designed to train people to work as grass root workers in social organizations.

As per our experience, people who are considered as low profile can work more effectively if they are trained in appropriate manner with lot of commitment to develop their own society. Youth who have had no access to formal education have no choice left to them other than to work as q grass root worker in a social organization. All social organizations may not be in a position to organize regular training for these grass root workers due to work pressure. As we have resources and capacities, we are trying to help such people in growing their self and indirectly helping marginalized communities to get quality support for improving their society.

Hence, we have launched the social engineering course to help people identify their potentials so as to exploit it for their self betterment. The main focus of this course is to help people develop their cognitive understanding and helping them in becoming aware of their issues. We intend in helping them identify their met and unmet needs and how they are impacting them in their day to day life. The other focus of this course would be making them sensitive to people around them and the larger community.

Duration – One year on every Saturday.

Timings- 10 a.m. to 5p.m.
